Fitness Classes
All of our classes are free of charge and cater for all fitness levels so that you can go at your own pace.
If you have any questions, just arrive at a class a few minutes early and speak to an instructor.
 
  Class Descriptions  
 
Weight and Lifestyle
Designed for people who want to understand more about nutrition and want to shed some weight, it is in a 6 week block and it is free to all members.
Legs, Bums and Tums
This class works the areas stated. With variations of the exercises such as squats, lunges and crunches to give the best workout.
Core
This is specifically aimed at targeting that area of the body, including abdominals, obliques and lower back. Core strengthening helps with everything you do and you will leave this class holding your abs.
Circuit Training
Circuit training is a class that works the whole of your body. It has different areas you work around working a different body part each time. These areas include cardio and resistance work which helps tone the whole body.
Step/Cardio
Step class is a good cardio workout that also is the perfect class to tone your legs and bum! Stepping to the music this class will improve your cardio vascular system and aid weight loss.
Pilates
Mat based exercises focusing on postural alignment and core engagement, movement with exhalation to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups.
Yoga
Mat based class to achieve more strength and flexibility. It is also a relaxing class that aids toning.
Aqua
A water based class, good for cardio and toning. The buoyancy of the water protects the body making aqua ideal class for all fitness levels.
Soft Core
A lower impact step class which still provides for a good cardio workout.
